Mitsubishi Electric has tested the Mitsubishi Jet
Towel™ extensively to ensure high quality and extended product
life.
During the development of the 7th generation
Mitsubishi Jet Towel™, Mitsubishi Electric has tested the hand
dryer extensively to ensure high quality and extended product
life.
Endurence tests
In one of the many
different endurance tests, Mitsubishi Electric Engineers released
heavy sandbags of 20kg to the points A and B of the hand dryer (See
figure).
Next to that, they attached a 100 kg weight to the trough of the
device.
The Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ successfully passed all
endurance tests, ensuring that the Mitsubishi Jet
Towel™ withstands heavy usage.
Mitsubishi Electric can rightfully claim that
the Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ has a product life of 7
years based upon a 1000 users a day!
This is based upon langlasting endurence tests on
Japanese airports where the usage of the hand dryer can be
extremely intensive.
Warranty
Miscea, the European distributor of
the Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ will give a full 2 years
warranty on the Mitsubishi Jet Towel™. An extended
warranty period of 5 years, including a service contract is also
possible.
Miscea BV has a 48-hours service organization, which operates
throughout the Benelux (The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg).
If you have a technical malfunction, Miscea BV will make an
appointment with you within 48 hours to replace your Mitsubishi
Jet Towel™. If the malfunction is within the warranty-term,
Miscea BV will repair your Mitsubishi Jet Towel™
completely free of charge!
