The Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ …The first high-speed hand dryer
in the world!
In the beginning of 1991 engineers from the Research &
Development department of Mitsubishi Electric initiated a project
to invent thé hand dryer of the 21st century! From that moment on
skilled Mitsubishi Electric engineers have been working on the
development of an electric powered hand dryer which had the
ambition to dry hands in only a matter of seconds.
First generation since 1993...
The
first generation high-speed hand dryer was released onto the
Japanese market in 1993, under the Jet Towel™ product
brand name. The Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ ushered a new
paradigm for hand-drying technology and equipment. Since then, the
company has lead the industry, fulfilling customers' needs with a
spate of technological advances that continually succeeded in
reducing hand-drying time and machine noise while improving
convenience and hygiene.
Since 1993 there have been over 650.000 Mitsubishi Jet Towels™ sold
worldwide!
Now in it's 7th generation...
Mitsubishi
Electric originally developed the high-speed hand drying method in
Japan in 1993, making them truly the first to offer this unique
drying solution. Since the introduction of the
first Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ in 1993 some
650.000 Mitsubishi Jet Towels™ have been sold
worldwide. Based on 17 years of experience and high-tech
development, Mitsubishi Electric launched its current
model Mitsubishi Jet Towel™. The
current Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ is a 7th generation
model refined over many years, meaning that the Mitsubishi
Jet Towel™ is not only the original, but also the most
effective, high-speed hand dryer on the market today!
Others
Other, more recently introduced, high-speed hand dryers
have never gone through these extensive development processes.
Noise level, power consumption and product life of these newly
introduced high-speed hand dryers are inferior to the
Mitsubishi Jet Towel™. This is for instance shown in the
noise level. The Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ only produces
59 dB(A) of noise against 85 db(A) produced by competitive
high-speed hand dryers. In addition, power consumption of
the Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ is a lot lower than that of
competitive products. The Mitsubishi Jet Towel™ uses
a minor 560 Watt of electrical power compared to 1600 Watt for
competitive products. Furthermore, the Mitsubishi Jet
Towel™ has a 2 years longer product life than any other
(high-speed) hand dryer!
